CoinShadow tells you when a public address on Base moves funds. That is all it does, and this page is about the limits of that.

An alert is a statement that a transaction happened. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and it carries no opinion about what the movement means. A wallet appearing on this site is not an endorsement of it. Decisions you make with this information are yours.
This is the part worth reading twice. CoinShadow depends on the Base network, on a third party watching it, and on Telegram delivering a message. Any of those can be slow or fail, and when they do an alert arrives late or does not arrive at all.
There are also deliberate limits. A single watched address sends at most 30 alerts an hour; past that it goes quiet until the next hour and tells you it has. Transactions that move nothing are not sent. If you have set a minimum value, anything below it is not sent.
Do not rely on CoinShadow as your only warning about anything that matters. It is a convenience, not a monitoring guarantee, and it is offered without any promise of uptime.
The free plan watches 3 addresses and costs nothing. The paid plan watches 25 and lets you set a minimum dollar value per address.
Payment is in USDC on the Base network only. Sending on any other network, or sending a different token, loses the funds: they go somewhere this service cannot reach and cannot recover.
Payments are not refundable. Paid time is added to whatever you already have, so renewing early loses nothing.
If a paid plan runs out, addresses over the free limit are paused rather than deleted, and they come back when you pay again.
The addresses you watch are your choice, and CoinShadow does not police them. What it does police is volume: an address that moves constantly will hit the hourly cap, and that cap is not adjustable.
CoinShadow runs on free tiers of other companies' services. It may change, and it may stop. If it stops, alerts stop; there is no archive to retrieve and nothing further owed to you beyond that. Paid time that has not been used is not automatically refunded, because payments are not refundable.
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did.
What is stored, and how to remove all of it, is on the Privacy page. The short version: send /delete to the bot and it is gone.
Use the Support button in the bot. It is the only contact route and it reaches the person who runs the service.
